computer. You cannot fill the forms out online, you must print them and fill

All Employees Professional Development Justification Form-Must be completed by employees who received tuition assistance from the USVI Department of Education, Division of Human Resources. Exit Interview Form (17k)-Use this survey if you are retiring or resigning to help the VIDE gather information about its departing employees. Employee Orientation Handbook (3MB) Teachers Highly Qualified Teacher Identification Form (29k)-All public school teachers need to fill out this form and have a copy at their school and in their personnel files for Federal auditing purposes. Teachers who do not return a completed copy of this form to the Human Resources office may not be eligible for future VIDE assistance such as college courses. Administrators |
