Transition to Teaching Scholarship Program The Transition to Teaching scholarship is an academic scholarship funded by the Department of Education’s Teacher, Recruitment and Retention Fund. The purpose of the TTT scholarship is to recruit and retain mid-career professionals who have demonstrated an interest in the teaching profession. Recipients will be afforded the opportunity to become a certified teacher in the United States Virgin Islands Public schools.
